trv #001 - Conor Meara, "Pidgeon & Peasant"

my first film -- the first half of a senior project (highschool) that i never finished. the concept was "a day in the life" contrasting people with similar passions, one in highschool and one out of highschool. this included part 1: pidgeon vs. peasant, with alec (every bunny welcome, at that point part of the pidgeons) as the in-school musician and damien derose (peasant) as the out-of-highschool musician. the second half featured a high school student at an affluent private highschool training to join the marines (he's currently deployed in the mid-east) versus a highschool graduate who had been in the marines but just loopholed his way out of basic training and was putting his life/career back in order. i never finished part two as the project was in a short period of time, i had never filmed or edited anything before and the two latter characters were pretty elusive. enjoy. -Conor Meara (c/o tamur.records)
